I am a twenty-seven year old substitute teacher, and my partner Friday and I have recently moved to a small city in central Alberta to teach high school.

• I like to write and colour and illustrate and edit with sharpies

Less important:

• I am allergic to cats
• My hair does this weird mid-forties side curl thing if I get lazy about dominating it
• My students routinely ask me if I am a vampire (and not just the little ones) because I have wicked sharp fangs
